Are these products new?

All listed items in the store are brand new packed in sealed box. If any item received with open box. Let us know we will send you a new one.

What will happen after payment?

Once, we get your payment. We will ship your item and you will get an email with all shipment details. Call support if any questions.

Is there a warranty?

All products come with a full one year warranty with the manufacturer. if you would like to extend the warranty send an email to support with your order#.

Can I cancel the order after shipped?

You cannot cancel the order but once you receive the product you can return it to us in order to get a full refund.

What if I receive the damaged product?

Nothing to worry about. We will cover your loss. Just send us a picture or return the item to us. We will send you the replacement within two days or will issue a full refund.

Can I resell your product?

Absolutely. We have many products with the bulk wholesale rate. We have many reseller buying on a regular basis and resell the products.
